About the Role

n

As our Queensland team continues to grow, we're looking for an experienced Restoration Technician who enjoys hands-on work, solving problems and delivering great outcomes for customers.

n

As a Restoration Technician, you'll respond to emergency call-outs, assess property damage and carry out restoration works across a variety of projects. It's varied, hands‐on work that's never boring

What you'll do

n

Here's what your day‐to‐day could look like:

n

n
- Respond to emergency call-outs and assess property damage
n
- Carry out detailed site assessments and write up accurate reports
n
- Perform water extraction, drying, mould remediation, and structural cleaning
n
- Operate restoration equipment safely and effectively
n
- Restore affected properties through light repair and renovation
n




- Communicate with clients and project managers throughout each job
n
- Participate in scheduled after‐hours and weekend work (with generous rates)
n

About you

n

We're looking for someone who has:

n

n
- 3+ years' experience in restoration or a similar trade‐based role
n
- Solid knowledge of water damage, fire, smoke, and mould remediation.
n
- Strong problem‐solving skills and attention to detail
n
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
n
- Valid driver's licence, police check, and working with children check
n
- IICRC qualifications (highly regarded)
n
