Job Description

Northline is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead the Afternoon Freight Operations team at St Marys, NSW. You will manage a team of Forklift Operators, General Hands and Receiving Officers, ensuring safe, timely and productive movement of freight.

You'll coordinate daily freight activities, allocate labour, monitor performance and implement improvements. A strong focus on safety, customer service and continuous improvement is essential.
