National Operations Director @ Evolve Talent

Evolve Talent are currently recruiting support service workers to join our clients Aged Care facility located in Tenterfield, a regional town in New South Wales, Australia. This is a permanent contract, we can also accommodate some temporary or casual contracts. This is a full-time role offering regular morning and afternoon shifts. Weekend and public holiday availability will be required.

Key Responsibilities:

n

n
- Housekeeping - cleaning resident rooms, bathrooms, making beds, emptying bins.
n
- Kitchen Hand - high volume dishwashing, food preparation.
n
- Dining Room Attendant - ensuring dining room is kept clean and replenished during service time. Assisting in setup in dining areas.
n
- Laundry - washing, drying, and sorting linens.
n
- General cleaning - Cleaning communal areas, maintain adequate supplies of soap, toilet paper, and any additional cleaning and hygiene supplies for resident use.
n
- Additional duties - Completing required documentation and reporting. Providing ad hoc support to the broader team as requested. Contribute to a safe, respectful, and person-centered workplace by adhering to quality,



hygiene, and infection control standards.

Skills & Requirements:

n

n
- Previous exposure in a similar role.
n
- Great communication skills and excellent attention to detail
n
- National Police Clearance (within 6 months)
n
- Currently hold and maintain a NDIS Check (or willing to obtain)
n
- Safe Food Handling Certificate (or willing to obtain)
n
- Aged care experience (highly desirable)
n
- An understanding of Resident Rights & Aged Care Accreditation Standards (desirable)
n
