About the Role:
n We're looking for hands on, motivated Machine Operators to work in our busy recycling facility located in Somerton.

n

In this role, you'll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring the machines and production runs smoothly, safely, and efficiently. It's a rapid-paced environment, so attention to detail, strong communication, and a safety-first mindset are essential.

n

Night Shift Positions Available 10pm-6am, Monday to Friday

n

**Candidates must be willing to work in a noisy and dusty environment and handle recycled rubbish **

n

What You'll Do:

n

n
- Operate and manage machinery to meet production goals safely and efficiently
n
- Lead and support your small team to keep operations running smoothly.
n
- Follow all safety procedures, wear the right PPE, and help maintain a clean, safe workspace.
n
- Keep an eye on quality and raise any concerns about materials or equipment.
n
- Help with quality trials, sampling, and capturing operational data.
n




- Jump in wherever needed you will be a key part of making sure everything runs like clockwork!
n

Who You Are:

n

n
- Minimum 2 years machine operating with manufacturing experience
n
- Valid FLD licence is a must
n
- Safety-conscious with a sharp eye for detail.
n
- A great communicator who can work well with a team and follow instructions.
n
- Physically capable of working in a fast-paced environment and willing to perform all other duties, including cleaning.
n
- Problem-solver who enjoys keeping things running smoothly.
n
