The opportunity

Due to continued growth, we are looking for a Leasing and Field Services consultant to join our team.

n

What you will do day to day

n

n
- Contact prospective clients to assist them with finding their recent home
n
- Make appointments to show prospective renters properties that may be of interest to them
n
- Attend to out-of-office appointments such as; condition reports and open House inspections, vacate inspections/routine inspections as required
n
- Processing Rental applications and sending the information to BDM or Property Managers
n
- Attending Open for Inspection on a Saturday Rotation and time in lieu will be awarded
n

- Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice or Agents Representative Certificate
n
- An ambitious, goal driven personality with a desire to make a difference
n
- The ability to plan, manage and prioritise your time
n
- The ability to work independently and as part of a successful team
n
- To have your own Reliable Car and a full Driving License
n
- A love of working with people
