Reporting directly to the Chief Clinical & Compliance Officer, this executiveleadership role will shape how we develop,engageand empower our workforce to deliver safe, person-centred care across Australia.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Learning Strategy & Workforce Capability

n

n
- Develop and implement Lumia Care's national Learning & Development strategy.
n
- Create capability frameworks and career pathways across clinical,operationaland corporate teams.
n
- Identifyworkforce capability gaps and deliver targeted development solutions.
n
- Align learning initiatives to organisational growth and strategic priorities.
n

n

Drive Compliance & Quality Outcomes

n

n
- Ensure all training programs align with regulatory and legislative requirements.
n
- Maintain oversight of mandatory training,credentialingandcompetency frameworks.
n
- Partner with Quality & Compliance teams to respond to audit findings,incidentsand emerging risks through workforce education.
n
- Support audit readiness and quality assurance across all service streams.
n

Build Leadership Capability

n

n
- Design and deliver leadership development programs.
n
- Strengthen management capability in performance management, workforceplanningand risk management.
n
- Develop future leadership pipelines and succession planning initiatives.
n

n





Lead the Learning Function

n

n
- Provide leadership to the Learning & Development team and Registered Training Organisation (RTO).
n
- Oversee learning systems, reporting,governanceand performance frameworks.
n
- Drive innovation in learning delivery, including digitaland blended learning solutions.
n
- Foster a culture of learning,accountabilityand continuous improvement.
n

What We're Looking For

n

Essential

n

n
- Tertiary qualifications in Education, Training, Human Resources,Healthor a related discipline.
n
- Strong experienceleading Learning & Development functions in complex, multi-site organisations.
n
- Demonstrated success developing capability frameworks, trainingstrategiesand leadership programs.
n
- Deep understanding of compliance,qualityand workforce capability requirements.
n
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
n

Highly Regarded

n

n
- Nursing qualification or strong experience working within highly regulated health, agedcareor disability environments.
n
- Postgraduate qualifications in OrganisationalDevelopment, Education or Leadership.
n
- Experience overseeing an RTO or learning governance framework.
n
