We're on the lookout for an experienced, driven and people focused Store Manager.

About the Role:

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll take full ownership of your store. You'll lead from the front, thrive in a fast-paced setting, and set the standard for both team performance and customer experience.

You'll be stepping into a high-volume, high-energy space where no two days are the same, and that's exactly how we like it.

n

Weekend and evening availability is essential to match our busiest trading periods.

n

What You'll Be Doing:

n

- Leading the day-to-day operations of a high-performing, fast paced store.
n
- Creating standout customer service experiences that build loyalty and drive repeat business.
n
- Hiring, training and developing a strong and engaged team.
n
- Owning your roster, labour costs and team productivity.
n
- Working in tandem with our Training Manager on development of your team.
n
- Driving sales performance and KPI's.
n
- Managing stock, ordering and cost control with confidence.
n
- Maintaining exceptional standards across cleanliness, presentation and food safety.
n

What We're Looking For:

- Proven experience in a Store Manager, Venue Manager, or similar leadership role.
n
- Background in hospitality, QSR, or food retail environments.
n
- Ability to communicate effectively in English in a fast-paced customer-facing environment.
n
- A natural leader who can motivate, coach, and bring the best out of a team.
n
- Strong commercial awareness with experience managing KPIs and costs.
n
- Highly organised with excellent communication skills.
n
- Someone who thrives in rapid-paced, high-energy environments and loves the buzz.
