Job Description

Gracie Boutique Nanny Agency in Melbourne is seeking a Paediatric Registered Nurse to become Head of Health & Safety. This part time role (15 hours per week across 4 days, with one day WFH) places you at the clinical and safety heart of our female-led team, reporting to the nurse CEO and guiding how we protect children.

You will onboard families, manage incidents end to end, keep 250 nannies' certifications up to date, and roll out safety initiatives.
