Position Overview

n

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team in a part-time capacity, working 1-3 days per week. This is a rare opportunity to become part of one of Coffs Harbour's most respected medical practices in a role that offers stability, variety, and the chance to work alongside an exceptional clinical team.

Key Responsibilities

n

- Provide high-quality clinical care, including wound management, immunisations,



ear syringing, and assistance with minor procedures
n
- Support chronic disease management and coordinate preventative health plans
n
- Conduct diagnostic services (ECG, ABI, 24-hour BP monitoring, audiometry)
n
- Manage recalls and reminders, clinical data, and stock control
n
- Contribute to accreditation and ongoing quality improvement activities
n

Skills and Experience Required

n

n
- Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
n
- Minimum two years' experience in general practice or primary health care nursing
n
- Strong understanding of Medicare and care plan processes
n
- Proficiency in clinical software (Best Practice experience highly regarded)
n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
n
- Patient-centred approach and commitment to continuous improvement
n
- Flexibility to assist with occasional additional shifts to cover leave
n
