We are seeking an experienced and motivated Store Manager to lead our COOMA store. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing business. If you love retail, leadership, and of course, animals — this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

n

Lead day-to-day store operations, ensuring high standards in customer service, visual merchandising, and store presentation

n

Drive store performance to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs

n

Manage, mentor, and develop a team to deliver consistently high results

n

Monitor inventory, stock levels, and oversee ordering to ensure optimal availability

n

Manage rostering, wages, and operational budgets in line with company guidelines

n

Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements

n

Build strong customer relationships and represent the Pets Domain brand within the local community

n

What We're Looking For:

n

Proven experience in retail store management (minimum 2 years preferred)





n

Solid leadership and team development skills

n

Commercial acumen, including understanding of budgets, stock control, and wage management

n

Excellent customer service and communication skills

n

Results-driven with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset

n

Forklift licence desirable (or willingness to obtain)
