About the role

n

Reporting to the Village Manager, you'll take care of:

n

n
- General building and in-home repairs (painting, patching, minor fixes)
n
- Grounds maintenance (cleaning, gutters, waste)
n
- Routine hazard checks & preventative maintenance
n
- Responding to resident requests with professionalism
n
- Coordinating contractors and trades when needed
n

n

About you

n

You'll be proactive, reliable and approachable, with:

n

n
- 3+ years' experience in property/building maintenance
n
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
n
- Commitment to safe work practices
n
- Current driver's licence & willingness to obtain a Police Clearance
n
- Availability to work 24 hours per week across 4 days
