The Role

n

What You'll Be Doing

n

As an Electrodry Technician, you'll be trained to deliver a wide range of skilled home services, including:

n

n
- Carpet and upholstery cleaning
n
- Mattress cleaning
n
- Air-conditioner cleaning
n
- Wood floor refinishing, floor sanding and other specialist services (once qualified)
n
- Delivering outstanding customer service
n
- Recommending additional services when appropriate
n
- Using and maintaining professional equipment
n
- Completing daily paperwork and processing payments
n

Training & Career Development

n

No experience is required — full training is provided from day one, with ongoing development in specialist areas such as:

n

n
- Wood floor refinishing
n
- Tile and grout cleaning
n
- Mould decontamination
n

n

What We're Looking For

n

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

n

n
- A current Australian manual driver's licence
n
- Strong communication skills
n
- Attention to detail
n
- A reliable, can-do work ethic
n

n

Backgrounds in carpentry, maintenance, hospitality, or sales are highly regarded — but not essential.

n

Pay, Perks & Benefits

n

n
- Training rate: $34 per hour + commissions & bonusesapplicable from your thrid week in the job
n
- Qualified Technician rate: $35/$36 per hour + commissions & bonuses. Commissions and bonuses are paid on the successful completion of work, customer satisfaction scores and additional bookings
n
- Expected earnings once qualified: $1,500–$1,900 per week + super
n
- Monthly RDO on a day of your choice
n
- Company vehicle provided for travel to and from work
n
- Optional Saturday work available to boost your income
n
