Job Description
About the Role

This role is a part-time or full time position based in the Barossa Valley. You'll be the first point of contact for our clients, helping them with appointments, enquiries, and follow-ups. All while ensuring their pets receive the best care possible.
n
Key responsibilities include:
n
n
- Providing administrative support, including bookings, insurance claims, prescriptions, client orders, and general enquiries
n
- Managing phone lines and welcoming clients warmly and professionally
n
- Maintaining the waiting room and merchandise displays
n
- Assisting with patient follow-ups and client communications
n
- Supporting the team to uphold our high standards of care and service
n
- Actively contributing to the continuous improvement of our systems, client experience, and workflows
