Who we are seeking

n

n
- Certificate III in Commercial Cookery and/or Certificate III in Patisserie or equivalent
n
- Minimum 2 years of experience post-apprenticeship in a similar role
n
- Previous experience within a large kitchen operation
n
- Experience within a hotel or resort environment
n
- Understanding of food safety standards and HACCP principles.
n

Full time Positions Available

n

Commis Chef ($33.35 per hour)

n

Assist the kitchen team in delivering high-quality food to guests by preparing ingredients, maintaining a clean and organized workstation, and supporting the kitchen team in the execution of exceptional culinary experiences.

n

Demi Chef ($34.82 per hour)

n

Oversee a designated section of the kitchen, supporting the Chef de Partie in daily operations, and ensuring the consistent preparation of high-quality dishes. The Demi Chef also takes on leadership responsibilities,



including training junior staff and stepping into a supervisory role when required.

Cook ($30.93 per hour)

n

Preparing and presenting dishes that meet the hotel's culinary standards and delight guests, by following recipes maintain food safety practices, and contribute to a collaborative kitchen setting that ensures smooth service and quality cuisine.
