Job Description

We're partnering with a leading commercial builder,delivering a major commercial project in Melbourne.

Due to project demands, they're looking to engage an experienced Foreman on a contract basis to take ownership of key site activities and drive programme on a live build.

n

This is a rapid-paced, well-structured Tier 1 environment with strong systems and an established site team.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Manage day-to-day site operations across designated areas
n
- Coordinate subcontractors and ensure works are delivered to programme
n
- Drive site safety and enforce Tier 1 standards
n
- Oversee quality and ensure works meet specifications
n
- Work closely with the Site Manager and Project Manager
n
- Identify and resolve site issues quickly to avoid delays
n
- Maintain strong communication across trades and stakeholders
n

n





What We're Looking For

n

n
- Proven experience as a Foreman or supervisor on Tier 1 or major Tier 2 projects
n
- Strong commercial construction background (high-rise or large-scale builds preferred)
n
- Experience working in live, fast-paced project environments
n
- Ability to manage multiple trades and tight programmes
n
- Strong leadership and communication skills
n
- Available to start immediately or at short notice
n
