Burdo's Firewood Pty Ltd is a leading landscaping firm operating across Perth. We specialize in high-quality commercial and residential landscape construction, design maintenance, and turf management. We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Landscape Gardener to join our hard-working team.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Constructing and installing softscape elements, including trees, shrubs, plants, and turf.
n
- Preparing soil, applying fertilizers, mulching, and laying sod or seed.
n
- Installing basic hardscapes (timber edging, stone borders, pavers, retaining walls).
n
- Installing and maintaining reticulation/irrigation systems and drainage solutions.
n
- Operating landscaping equipment, power tools, and light machinery safely.
n
- Conducting landscape maintenance including pruning, hedging, pest control,



and weed management.
n
- Reading and interpreting landscape plans and site drawings.
n

Key Requirements & Qualifications

n

n
- Qualifications: Certificate III in Parks and Gardens, Horticulture, or Landscape Construction (or equivalent qualification).
n
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant full-time experience in commercial or high-end residential landscaping.
n
- Valid Australian Driver's License (Manual preferred).
n
- Strong understanding of local plant species, soil types, and climate conditions.
n
- Physical fitness and ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
n
