About the Role
n
We are currently seeking a Full-Time Dispensary Technician to join our supportive and collaborative team. This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced setting and takes pride in delivering outstanding customer care.
n
Your responsibilities will include:
n
n
- Assisting the pharmacist within the dispensary
n
- Ordering and unpacking dispensary stock
n
- Providing appropriate information and advice on OTC medicines
n
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and efficient dispensary
n
- Delivering exceptional customer service in both the dispensary and front-of-shop when required
n
- Webster packing as needed
n
n
About You
n
Experience is valued; however, we are happy to train the right candidate who brings enthusiasm, reliability, and a positive attitude.

Ideally, you will have:
n
n
- Previous experience as a Dispensary Technician (preferred but not essential)
n
- Strong knowledge of pharmacy products
n
- Excellent computer skills
n
- Outstanding customer service skills
n
- A reliable and enthusiastic work ethic
n
- The ability to adapt and work effectively within a team
n
- Strong communication skills
