Hours:

Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm with a Saturday rotating roster with Friday time off in lieu.

Responsibilities:

- Show available properties to prospective tenants and provide detailed information about features, amenities, and leasing terms.
n
- Screen potential tenants by reviewing applications, conducting background checks, and verifying references.
n
- Give regular updates to the residential rental provider.
n

Requirements:

- Agents Representative Certificate
n
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
n
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
n
