We have a fantastic opportunity for a Mobilisation Coordinator to join the Recruitment team for a 12-month fixed term.

The role is based in our head office in Welshpool and operates Monday to Friday, with weekend coverage required once every four weeks.

Key responsibilities
n
n
- Coordinate the onboarding process of new employee mobilisations to ensure they are carried out in accordance with project requirements.
n
- Review and administer the collection of documentation and cross check for compliance.
n
- Follow client site access processes to ensure candidates are smoothly and efficiently mobilised to the project.
n
- Schedule and review pre-employment medicals for new starters.
n
- Process new starters through client portals.
n
- Assign inductions for Australia West projects and issue PPE to new starters.
n
- Coordinate site flights for initial mobilisation and answer all queries related to the site they are attending.
n
- Receipting invoices for pre-employment medicals & PPE.
n
- Maintain new starter document files with required blank forms.
n
- Maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive documents and information.
n
- Actively participate and contribute to the continuous improvement and innovation or MACA work practices.
n

To be successful in this role, you will have
n
n
- Experience in a Mobilisation/onboarding role within the resources sector (highly regarded)
n
- Strong attention to detail.
n
- Ability to mukti-task and handle conflicting priorities
n
- A high level of customer service.
n
- Advanced level of computer skills.
n
- Demonstrated experience working in a fast-paced environment.
n
