Master Pool Careis a well-known and highly regarded business on the northside of Brisbane.We have our award-winning retail shop plus five Field Service Vehicles.

What we are looking for:

n

The successful candidate will be customer focused and team orientated with strong problem-solving skills and ability to work autonomously.

n

You must have a strong technical background with the ability to troubleshoot problems and advise best action for the customers.

n

You must have excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to maintain good working relationships with customers and team members.

n

What you will be doing

n

n
- Pool cleaning - leaf scooping, brushing, vacuuming of pools.
n
- Cleaning pool baskets, filters and chlorinator cells.
n
- Testing and balancing of pool chemicals.
n
- Adjusting chlorinator, pump and controller settings.
n
- Maintenance and cleaning of pool cleaners.
n
- Recording of service job notes and activities in the company database in a timely manner.
n
- Equipment repairs and plumbing.




n
- Installation of new pool equipment & removal of old
n
- Troubleshooting pool equipment issues and rectifying
n
- Interaction with customers on-site
n
- Unloading and shelf packing of pool salt & chemicals
n

n

Skills and Personal Requirements:

n

n
- Pool Industry experience is not required; however, your employment history will be taken into account.
n
- Be physically fit as this position involves some heavy lifting and manual handling (such as pumps, salt, liquid chlorine).
n
- Current valid Queensland manual driver's licence
n
- Have good communication skills and follow precise instructions
n
- Punctuality and reliability
n
