About the Role

n

As an IT Analyst, you'll be the first point of contact for users requiring technical assistance. You'll provide responsive support across hardware, software, Microsoft 365 and end-user technologies while ensuring a high level of customer service at all times.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Provide first-level IT support to end users.
n
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, desktop and printer issues.
n
- Support Microsoft 365 applications and services.
n
- Assist with password resets, account administration and user access requests.
n
- Log, prioritise and manage support tickets through the ITSM system.
n
- Escalate complex issues where required while maintaining clear documentation.
n
- Assist with hardware deployments, upgrades and software installations.
n
- Support remote users and VPN connectivity.
n
- Contribute to asset management and technology lifecycle activities
n




- Promote cybersecurity awareness and IT best practices.
n

n

About You

n

You'll bring a passion for customer service and technology, with the ability to communicate technical concepts in a simple and user-friendly way.

n

Skills & Experience

n

n
- Experience in IT Service Desk, Help Desk, Desktop Support or a similar role.
n
- Exposure to Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365.
n
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
n
- Experience working with laptops, desktops, printers and end-user devices.
n
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
n
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a rapid-paced environment.
n
- A positive, proactive and team-oriented attitude.
n

Desirable

n

n
- Certificate IV in Information Technology, CompTIA A+ or ITIL Foundation.
n
- Exposure to Active Directory, Cisco, VMware or Linux environments.
n
- Understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices.
n
