To help us with our mission, we are currently seeking an experienced Assistant Development Manager who is looking for a challenging and rewarding career in the development and construction industry.
n
The Opportunity
n
As an Assistant Development Manager, you will join a small, passionate, and energetic team working at a fast pace to deliver the Landmark development pipeline.
n
The role will require you to provide support in both development and project management to our Development Managers.
n
Key responsibilities include:
n
n
- Preparing weekly action plans, Consultant Agreements, and Deliverables Matrix
n
- Preparing required invoicing, meeting minutes, PCG (Project Control Group) reporting.
n
- Provide support to management with budgeting, deliverable matrix,
design standards compliance.
n
- Coordinate Occupation Certificate completion through the assistance of the Development Manager.
n
- Coordinate key components of the varying land titles, including but not limited to Area Checks, Procure Consent, Unit Entitlements, ad Subdivision Certificates.
n
- Working closely with other departments, such are Sales, and Pre-Construction.
n

What You'll Need to Succeed:
n
n
- Tertiary qualifications in Property Development, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
n
- Class 2 residential experience.
n
- Ideally, 2-3 years of experience in Property Development post-degree completion.
n
- Ability to support the project feasibility process with clear documentation and supporting information.
n
- Experience in managing external consultants and dealing with authorities.
n
- Robust understanding of procurement, and planning.
n
- Demonstrated knowledge in negotiating contract commercial terms.
n
- Self-motivated and proactive in identifying areas of challenge or improvement to achieve business outcomes.
n
- Practical experience or exposure with financial modelling, and business case writing.
