Workplace Emergency Management is a Company that offers a quality service to our clients, assisting them with their emergency management compliance and creating safe workplaces, including Evacuation Diagrams, Emergency Procedures, Training and Consultancy. We are currently expanding our team of dedicated, enthusiastic, and motivated staff and have a new full-time position available for a Junior Workplace Emergency Diagram Designer/Drafter.

The Role
n
Design digital production of Emergency Evacuation Diagrams
n
Create new drawings as directed (using provided inputs and guidance)
n
Creation of new and amended documentation standards
n
Maintain up to date drawings and specification documents for each site in an online platform
n
Revise existing documents in the online platform and ensure that they are current
n
Compile (and customise as directed) any required emergency facility documents for submission to internal parties as requested
n
As directed, help with creating, updating, amending any emergency operational design and technical documents
n
All associated administrative functions.

Basic design, drafting and technical drawing skills

Desirable knowledge in architectural / engineering plans

Ability to work autonomously and within a team environment
