A leading Australian-owned civil contractor is seeking an experienced Civil Supervisor to join their Infrastructure Division delivering major civil infrastructure projects across Queensland and the Northern Territory.

This opportunity is suited to an experienced Supervisor with a strong background in bulk earthworks, road construction, mining infrastructure, or resource projects who is looking for long-term stability, career progression, and exposure to large-scale projects.

The role offers FIFO opportunities flying from Brisbane to projects across Cairns, Weipa, and the Northern Territory, with flights, accommodation, and meals provided while working on a 2/1 roster.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Supervise and coordinate daily site operations to ensure safe and efficient delivery
n
- Lead site crews, operators, and subcontractors across civil construction activities
n
- Conduct pre-start meetings and toolbox talks
n
- Manage plant, labour, and resources to meet project schedules
n
- Oversee bulk earthworks, road construction, and infrastructure works
n
- Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and internal project teams
n
- Ensure compliance with WHS requirements and site procedures
n
- Complete daily supervisor reports and project documentation
n

Skills & Experience Required

n

n
- Minimum 4 years' experience as a Civil Supervisor with a reputable contractor
n
- Strong experience in bulk earthworks, road construction, or mining infrastructure
n
- Experience managing dozer, grader, and moxy operations
n
- Exposure to Tier 1 clients and major infrastructure projects desirable
n
- Solid understanding of earthmoving plant and civil construction processes
n
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage site teams effectively
n
- Competent computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel
n
- Willingness to work FIFO rosters in remote locations
n
