The Role

n

We are on the lookout for a capable Civil Design Engineer with 2-4+ years of design experience to join our team on a full time basis. In this role, you will:

n

Provide technical engineering advice on diverse industrial, commercial, and retail projects.

n

Develop concept and detailed engineering designs,



covering hardstands, car park levels, pavements, stormwater networks, onsite detention systems, treatment systems, roof drainage, and more.

n

Prepare design drawings / construction documentation by drafting using AutoCAD and Civil 3D.

n

Liaise with Councils and local authorities to obtain relevant design approvals.

n

Coordinate with consultants, builders, developers, and clients to ensure the smooth and timely delivery of projects.

What we're looking for:

n

Possess a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (not mandatory, but other relevant tertiary engineering qualifications are highly regarded).

n

Demonstrate 2-4+ years of industry experience in consulting, specifically with industrial, commercial, and retail projects.

n

Showcase advanced skills in AutoCAD and Civil 3D.

n

Exhibit strong technical knowledge and a solid understanding of Australian Standards and local Council standards.

n

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a proactive and solution-focused approach.

n

Work independently, demonstrating self-sufficiency and motivation to learn and grow.

n
