We're looking for an ambitious Junior Business Development Manager who wants to build a serious career in private credit sales.

n

You may be new to the industry or early in your sales career, but you must be confident, driven and hungry to win.

We partner with brokers, developers and investors to get deals across the line when banks cannot. With a commercial credit team and adaptable lending solutions, we structure transactions quickly, competitively and with certainty.

We've doubled our team in the past year, and we're still scaling. This is your opportunity to learn the industry, build your own broker network and grow into a high‐performing BDM.

What you'll be doing

n

n
- Building and growing relationships with finance brokers
n
- Becoming a trusted contact for loan scenarios, pricing and structuring
n
- Generating new business through calls, meetings, networking and outreach
n
- Managing your own pipeline and working towards monthly sales targets
n




- Following up consistently and converting opportunities into settled loans
n
- Working closely with credit and settlements to get deals funded quickly
n

n

What we're looking for

n

- Experience in sales, finance, mortgage broking, banking or real estate
n
- Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with brokers
n
- Commercial awareness and the ability to build relationships
n
- Drive, resilience and a genuine hunger to succeed
n
- Strong organisation and disciplined follow‐up
n
- A competitive mindset and willingness to be measured against targets
n

n

Experience in non‐bank lending or private credit is preferred, but not essential.

n

We are more interested in your attitude, work ethic and ability to learn quickly.
