Are you an Experienced Conveyancing Assistant looking for a change?

Morgan Conveyancing is a boutique conveyancing practice committed to providing exceptional client service. We're looking for a proactive, organised and experienced Conveyancing Clerk to support our team and help ensure every property transaction runs smoothly.

About the Role

n

You'll provide administrative support across all stages of residential conveyancing, including:

n

n
- Opening Files
n
- Preparing Contracts of Sale and Section 32s
n
- Ordering property searches and certificates
n
- Opening PEXA Workspaces
n
- Liaising with banks, brokers and real estate agents
n
- Assisting with settlement and post-settlement administration
n
- Answering phones and providing outstanding client service
n
- Scanning, filing, deed custody administration and file closing
n
- General office administration
n

About You

n

You are:

n





n
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
n
- Skilled, well presented and an excellent communicator
n
- Proactive, reliable and able to work independently
n
- Friendly, approachable and client focused
n
- Confident using technology and keen to learn
n
- Experience in conveyancing and/or legal administration is preferred. Experience with Smokeball, PEXA, Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Office and Outlook will be highly regarded.
