The Role
n
n
- Welcome clients and visitors, delivering a premium front-of-house experience
n
- Coordinate meeting rooms, catering and video conferences
n
- Provide administrative support to the Executive Assistant team
n
- Assist with office operations, suppliers and facilities coordination
n
- Coordinate internal meetings, events and team functions
n
- Arrange travel, process expenses and prepare documentation
n
- Support projects and provide general administrative assistance across the business
n
n
About You
n
You'll enjoy working with people, be highly organised and thrive in a fast-paced corporate environment.
n
Ideally, you'll bring:
n
n
- 1-3 years' experience in reception, office coordination, administration or team support
n
- A professional, polished and confident communication style
n
- Robust organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
n
- A proactive attitude and genuine willingness to learn
n
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and Microsoft Teams
n
- A genuine interest in building a long-term career in corporate business support
n
n
This is a permanent, full-time position based five days a week in the Sydney CBD. Due to the nature of the role, only candidates with unrestricted permanent working rights in Australia can be considered.
