Welcome to Wafu Kitchen.

We're looking for Part time all-rounders at The Gluten free Japanese Restaurant in Alexandria.

n

Close to Redfern station & Waterloo station, 10-15 mins by walk & bus 308, 305, 355, 306, 370.

n

Open; Mon-Fri Lunch, Mon-Sat Dinner, closed on Sundays & Public Holidays.

n

- Dishwashing.
n
- Cleaning.
n
- Food preparation, but not included cooking, cutting & chopping, just straightforward task like measuring ingredients.
n
- Assisting a chef.
n
- Serving foods & drinks.
n
- Operating the POS for payments.
n
- Managing Take away orders & reservations using our mobile phone. Receiving & sending text messages.
n

Lunch shifts & or Dinner shifts. must be included 2 lunch shifts on Tue & Thu.

n

3-6 shifts / week.

n

Immediate start.

n

Long term, min 6 months.

n

Wage; award rate ($27.08/h Gross wage)

n

Knowledge of Japanese foods preferred but not essential.

n

No experience required.

n

No RSA required, we're not selling alcohol.

n

Intermediate English proficiency is required for effective communication with customers and team members.

n

Free staff meal at each shift.
