Cetnaj is a leading wholesaler in the electrical industry. They form part of MM Electrical Merchandising (MMEM), a successful national organisation who have over 300 stores Australia wide. We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused team member to join our branch at Cetnaj in Tweed Heads on a full time permanent basis.

About the Role:

n

In this role, you will play an important part in delivering exceptional service to customers while supporting the day-to-day operations of the branch.

n

n
- Load and unload delivery vehicles safely and efficiently
n
- Organise and dispatch customer orders
n
- Assist with picking and packing orders and replenishing shelves
n
- Operate a forklift to move and manage stock
n
- Conduct regular stock cycle counts and maintain stock control
n
- Liaise with suppliers as required
n
- Provide professional customer service and build strong relationships with customers
n
- Assist with additional warehouse tasks and management requests as required
n

About You:

n

To be successful in this role, you will have:

n

n
- Drivers Licence
n




- Previous warehouse experience and experience in sales and/or customer service
n
- Ability to lift and move stock safely
n
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
n
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
n
- Reliable, punctual and motivated with a strong work ethic
n
- Electrical product knowledge (highly regarded but not essential)
n
- Full Australian working rights (sponsorship will not be offered for this role)
n
