ABOUT THE ROLE

n

Eilbeck Cranes is seeking anElectrician Crane Technicianto join our Service Team inNewcastle, NSW. In this role, you will assist in the day-to-day operations of the Service department.

n

Duties include -

n

n
- Over all service, maintenance and repair of overhead cranes and lifting equipment
n
- Development and/or modification of electrical panels and circuits
n
- Commissioning and testing of completed projects and associated electrical work
n

n

ABOUT YOU

n

n
- Grade A - Electrical License.
n




- Manual Driver's license.
n
- High-risk EWP licence
n
- Working at Heights certification
n
- Previous experience in Cranes is required.
n
- Previous Industrial Electrical experience is a must.
n
- Background in crane maintenance, mechanical servicing or comparable industrial equipment roles.
n
- Excellent fault-finding and troubleshooting skills
n
- Knowledge of Crane and Lifting standards AS1418 and AS2550 (highly desirable)
n
- Robust mechanical aptitude
n
- Ability to travel/work away
n

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

- Travel is required (local, regional, national).
n
- Work vehicle provided for work travel purposes.
n
- 38 hours work week with potential overtime.
n
- Remuneration negotiable depending on qualifications and experience.
