McArthur Aged Care has partnered with a highly regarded Not-for-Profit Aged Care Provider to find passionate and qualified aged care professionals. Together, we support elderly and frail clients who wish to remain living independently in their own homes.

n

We currently have multiple opportunities for Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) across the Eastern Suburbs (Manningham, Knox, and Yarra Ranges). This is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful difference while working with a leading Not-for-Profit aged care provider.

About the Role

n

n
- Minimum availability of 3 weekdays, with availability for a 6-hour block between 8:00am and 5:00pm ?
n
- School hours available (9:00am - 3:00pm)
n
- Deliver essential services to elderly clients in your local community
n
- Work for a leading Not-for-Profit organisation
n
- Be a vital link between home and community, improving client wellbeing
n
- No weekend or evening work
n

To be Successful in this Role, You Will Have:

n

n
- A positive attitude and genuine passion for aged care ??
n
- Victorian driver's licence, reliable vehicle, and comprehensive insurance
n
- Current First Aid and CPR certificates
n
- Working with Children Check (Employee Card) or willingness to obtain one
n
- One of the following qualifications
n
- Certificate III in Aged Care, Individual Support, or Home & Community Care; or Certificate IV in Disability or Bachelor or Diploma of Nursing (or completion of first-year studies)
n
- Excellent communication skills with solid spoken and written English ?
n
- Other languages are highly regarded
n
