KAEFER Integrated Services is currently recruiting an experienced Site Administratorto join our team at a flagship gold and copper operation located in Orange, NSW. Who We're Looking For
n
As the Site Administrator, you will be a key support to site operations, ensuring smooth and efficient administrative, payroll, mobilisation, and office support across the site. This role requires a proactive and highly organised individual who can prioritise tasks in a quick‐paced environment while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.

Your responsibilities will span across document control, procurement and finance support, compliance administration, reporting, and assistance with daily operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
- Coordinate stationery, office supplies, printing and office equipment
n
- Support travel, accommodation, meetings and logistics coordination
n
- Coordinate, order, and distribute PPE for site personnel
n
- Manage KAEFER site compliance including profile updates and certificate uploads
n
- Assist with payroll inputs, timesheet checks and workforce planning data
n
- Assist finance processes including invoice reconciliation, data entry, PO processing and ESKER approvals
n
- Support procurement including creating purchase requisitions and tracking orders
n
- Provide ad-hoc support to operations, contributing to a positive and collaborative work environment
n

What You'll Bring
n
n
- 2–3 years' experience in a similar administration role, site-based or contract support role
n
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy particularly with financial or contractual data
n
- Excellent communication and customer service skills with the ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders
n
- Strong written communication and confidence managing technical documentation
n
- Ability to multitask, prioritise and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
n
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
n
- Valid driver's licence
n
- High level of professionalism, integrity and confidentiality
n
- Certificate III or IV in Business Administration, Leadership, or similar
n
- Experience with procurement or financial systems (e.g., SAP, Pronto, JDE, Esker or similar)
n
- Exposure to mining, construction or industrial services environments
n
