We're looking for a proactive and hands-on Maintenance Fitter to support operations at our Rochedale site. This role is ideal for someone with strong mechanical aptitude who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. You'll be responsible for maintaining equipment to ensure safe and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical systems
n
- Diagnose and repair equipment breakdowns
n
- Support improvement projects and equipment upgrades
n
- Supervise contractors and ensure compliance with CHEP standards
n
- Maintain workshop safety and uphold 5S standards
n
- Identify opportunities to improve maintenance practices and equipment reliability
n
- Participate in site meetings and collaborate with operations teams
n

About You
n
n
- Trade qualified in mechanical disciplines
n
- Restricted Electrical License (preferred but not essential)
n
- Experience in industrial or production maintenance
n
- Experience working with Boilers (preferred)Experience working with a HACCP system (preferred)
n
- Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills
n
