Job Description

UpGuard is seeking a Customer Success Manager to onboard and enable customers in a fully remote environment. You will drive value, adoption, and renewals by delivering success plans, training, and proactive engagement across a global client base.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in customer success or related roles, solid organizational skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Marketing. Experience with cyber risk management is a plus.
