What we're looking for:

- Individuals who are genuinely fulfilled by the practice of hospitality, building connections, customising guests experience and problem solving

- Proven experience at a managerial level in restaurant and bar environments
n
- Solid service instincts, with the ability to read the floor and lead in real time
n
- A commitment to detail, consistency, and continuous improvement
n
- The ability to develop people and build a high-performing team culture
n
- Current RSA certification.
