About the Role

n

This is an opportunity to move beyond traditional compliance accounting and develop a specialised skill set within a growing advisory practice.

n

Working directly with experienced advisers, you will gain exposure to businesses across a wide range of industries and situations.

n

Responsibilities may include:

n

Financial analysis and business reviews

n

Cash flow forecasting and modelling

n

Assisting with restructuring and turnaround engagements

n





Preparing reports and strategic recommendations

n

Implementation of recommendations

n

Meeting with business owners and professional advisers

n

Reviewing business performance and identifying opportunities for improvement

n

Supporting senior advisers with client engagements

n

Comprehensive training, mentoring and support will be provided.

Who We're Looking For

n

You may currently be working in a business services accounting role and looking for something more engaging and commercially focused.

n

Ideally you will:

n

Have experience in business services accounting

n

Be CA or CPA qualified (or nearing completion)

n

Possess strong communication skills

n

Be commercially minded and naturally curious

n

Enjoy problem solving and critical thinking

n

Have robust analytical abilities

n

Enjoy building relationships with clients and professional contacts

n

Be looking to establish a long-term professional career on the Gold Coast

n

Most importantly, we're looking for someone who wants to become a trusted adviser rather than spending the next twenty years preparing tax returns and compliance work.
