KeyResponsibilities:

- Developandimplementprogramsthatsupportthegrowthofdealerretailbusinesses,improvenetworkquality,andenhanceservicelevelsforendcustomers.
n
- ManagedealerprogramsandworkcloselywithGAAManagement,fieldstaff,anddealerstodevelopindividualannualdealerplans,monitornetworkperformance,andimplementappropriateactionsinatimelymanner.
n
- Identifyandassessnewdealerprospects,managedealerappointments,monitordealerperformance,andhandledealerterminationsascorefunctionsoftherole.
n
- WorkwiththeNetworkDirectorandNetworkManagerstoimplementthedealernetworkstrategyinlinewithGAA'ssalesplan.
n
- Managealllegalprocessesandcommunicationsrelatingtodealerappointmentandmanagement,includingstart-ups,terminations,relocations,andupgrades.

- ImplementandenforceGeelyCIstandards(facilityandprocess)acrossthedealernetwork,ensuringcompliancethroughregularaudits.
n
- Managedealerperformance,withperformancereviewedquarterlyandresultspresentedtoGAAManagementandtherespectivedealers.
n
- Reviewmonthlydealersubmissionsforaccuracyandkeyfinancialperformanceindicators.
n
- CollaboratewithdealerstodevelopcorrectiveactionplansalignedwithKPItargets.
n
- UndertakeadditionaldutiesorcontributetoprojectsrelatedtotheCompany'sbusinessoperations,includingprovidingleadershiporsupportasreasonablyrequiredandconsistentwiththeresponsibilitiesoftherole.

Qualifications:

- Provenexperience(typically8+years)indealernetwork/channelmanagement,preferablywithinanautomotiveOEM,importer,orlargedealergroupenvironment.
n
- Demonstratedcapabilityacrossthefulldealerlifecycle,includingnetworkdevelopment,dealerappointmentandonboarding,performancemanagement,andongoingnetworkoptimisation.
n
- Strongunderstandingofdealerretailoperationsandperformancedrivers,withexperiencesettingKPIs,reviewingresults,andimplementingcorrectiveactionplans.
n
- ExperienceimplementingandenforcingdealerstandardsandCIrequirements,withtheabilitytobalancecomplianceandcommercialoutcomes.
n
- Provenabilitytomanageformaldealerprocessesandstakeholdercommunications,workingeffectivelywithseniormanagement,internalteams,anddealerpartners.
n
