An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Landscaper Leading Hand/Supervisor to join our growing construction company based in Thomastown, with projects located throughout Melbourne.

This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone with solid landscape construction experience who can supervise crews, coordinate daily site activities and maintain high standards of workmanship, safety and productivity.

n

About the Role

n

You will be responsible for leading and working alongside a landscaping crew across a range of civil and landscape projects, including but not limited to:

n

n
- Soft and hard landscaping
n
- Paving
n
- Retaining walls
n
- Earthworks
n
- Concreting
n
- Reading and interpreting plans
n
- Coordinating labour, materials and equipment
n

n

To be considered for this position, you must have:

n

n
- Extensive experience in landscape construction
n
- Previous experience in a Foreman or Leading Hand role
n




- Strong knowledge of both civil and landscape construction
n
- Ability to supervise and motivate a small crew
n
- Experience reading and working from construction plans
n
- Certificate III in Landscaping
n
- Current Working with Children Check
n
- Current Construction White Card
n
- Current driver's licence (truck licence and machinery tickets highly regarded)
n
