Qualified Team Leader – Rosary OSHC Program – Part Time Ongoing

Community Services #1 (CS#1) is seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Qualified Team Leader to join our Out of School Hours Care (OSHC) programs at Rosary (Part-Time).

n

About the role:

n

As a Qualified Team Leader, you'll build strong connections with children, families, colleagues, and the community to support children's development in a safe and engaging environment that encourages learning, play, and social interaction.

n

Key responsibilities include:

n

- Lead and be accountable for the day-to-day room operations and provide direction and mentoring for team members on running program activities, supervising, and interacting with children and applying their daily care routines.
n
- Plan, document and maintain records of observation for individual children for program planning and assessment of each child's short- and long-term development needs.
n
- Create and maintain a safe, inclusive and engaging environment, ensuring active supervision, child wellbeing, and compliance with child protection, health and safety requirements.

About you:

n




- ACECQA-approved qualification relevant to Out of School Hours Care (minimum Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care or other ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification).
n
- Sound knowledge of the Education and Care Services National Law and Regulations and the National Quality Framework.
n

Part time role (25 hours per week). Remuneration aligned to Children Services Award Level 6 plus super and salary packaging. Supportive leadership, development opportunities and a values-driven workplace.

Requirements:

Current driver's licence and ability to obtain/maintain required pre-employment checks and certifications (including National Police Check, Working with Vulnerable Cards and First Aid), plus mandatory training as required.
