Aquatec Maxcon provides process selection, design, delivery and commissioning for both industrial and municipal clients.This can be a hybrid role centred on our office in Ipswich

n

As a part of the Aquatec Maxcon team, you'll join a group of passionate professionals who work safely, and responsibly to deliver world class solutions to exciting new projects. This role offers the opportunity to work in a diverse engineering department, facing challenges of designing and commissioning treatment plants that makea real difference to the water industry.

You will

n

Assist management in improvement and implementation of quality programs plan(s) and subsequent reviews

n

Develop quality status indicators performance measures to monitor the delivery of project deliverables

n

Provide quality assurance inspection for parts and assemblies from internal and external providers

n

Maintain records and reference files

n

Liaise with Clients with regards to Quality and closing out NCRs.

n





Liaise with Suppliers and Sub-contractors and carry out audit and checks to maintain quality control.

n

Report on trends and undertake process capability studies to increase total quality costs

n

Collaborate with project managers, onshore and offshore manufacturing to ensure continuous improvement of quality practices

n

Ideally you will have

n

Tertiary qualifications in Engineering ideally Mechanical or related field

n

Background in construction with an understanding of weld procedures

n

Solid analytical and problem-solving skills

n

A collaborative style that fosters supportive and positive relationships

n

Experience with a QMS and detailed knowledge of AS/NZS 9001

n

Ability to travel both domestically and internationally

n
