We're looking for an experienced Senior Dental Assistant who is confident, organised and passionate about patient care. Dental Assistant - Senior Role

Casual | Monday and/or Tuesday

What You'll Be Doing

n

n
- Provide chairside assistance for specialist periodontal, implant and surgical procedures.
n
- Assist with non-surgical periodontal treatment and patient care.
n
- Prepare treatment rooms and surgical equipment.
n
- Maintain the highest standards of infection control and sterilisation.
n
- Perform laboratory duties and intra-oral scanning.
n
- Support patients before, during and after treatment to ensure a positive experience.
n
- Assist with reception and administrative duties when required.
n
- Mentor and support junior Dental Assistants.
n
- Help maintain the smooth day-to-day running of the practice.
n

About You

n





You'll be someone who:

n

n
- Has a Certificate III or IV in Dental Assisting (essential).
n
- Has excellent knowledge of infection control and sterilisation protocols.
n
- Has experience in basic Admin.
n
- Is organised, proactive and able to prioritise in a busy clinical environment.
n
- Demonstrates professionalism, reliability and strong attention to detail.
n
- Enjoys working collaboratively within a supportive team.
n
- Takes initiative and is committed to delivering exceptional patient care.
n
- Has experience assisting with surgical procedures; IV sedation experience is highly regarded but not essential.
n
