The Role

n

This position offers an excellent balance of approximately 60% service and maintenance work and 40% installation projects, allowing you to broaden your skills while enjoying plenty of variety.

n

Your responsibilities will include:

n

n
- Planned preventative maintenance and routine servicing
n
- Breakdown response, diagnostics and fault finding
n
- Commercial HVAC installations and upgrade projects
n
- Minor works and equipment replacements
n
- Electrical troubleshooting and repairs
n
- Preparing repair recommendations and quotations
n
- Completing service reports and communicating with clients professionally
n

n

You'll gain exposure to a wide range of commercial HVAC equipment including:

n

- Split and ducted systems
n
- VRV / VRF systems
n
- Package units
n
- Air Handling Units (AHUs)
n
- Fan Coil Units (FCUs)
n
- Ventilation systems
n
- Exhaust systems and associated commercial HVAC equipment
n

What You'll Need

n

n
- Cert III in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration
n
- Current ARCtick Refrigerant Handling Licence
n
- Electrical Disconnect/Reconnect (D Licence)
n
- Current Driver's Licence
n
- Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
n
- Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
n
- Strong fault-finding ability and a positive, reliable work ethic
n
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
n
