About the role

n

Currently seeking a Duty Manager to join the team at HER Melbourne. You will have demonstrated experience in hospitality operations and thrive in a busy multifaceted environment.

n

Be the Go-to Manager across four floors HER BAR, MUSIC ROOM, BKK and HER ROOFTOP

n

Oversee service, ambiance, RSA, liaise with Chefs and Supervisors

n

Ensure our customer experience is fulfilled

n

Work closely with Security to ensure venue is maintaining WHS standards

n

Be a support to all F&B; Supervisors on shift

n

Assist with training, mentoring and guiding F&B; teams

n

Be responsible for the Open or Close of the venue

n

What we are looking for

n

A passion for creating a fun and engaging environment for both our customers and team

n

Proven operational experience: shift management, trouble shooting, directing and delegating

n

Excellent communication and organisation skills; give feedback, mentor, and nurture our staff

n





Sound understanding of workplace health and safety standards

n

Flexibility to work a rotating roster including late nights, weekends and public holidays

n
