About the Role

n

We are currently seeking an experienced Tyre Fitter to join our Service Team based in Truganina, VIC. In this field-based role, you will carry out tyre fitting, repairs,inspectionsand maintenance on a wide range ofmaterial handling,heavy and industrialequipment.

n

This is a physically demanding role involving manualhandling;however, our mobile service trucks are equipped with modern tools, lifting aids and safety equipment to help you perform your work efficiently and safely.

- Fitting, removing,repairingandmaintainingtyres onsite onall makes and sizes of material handling and constructionequipment.
n
- Inspecting andidentifyingwear,damageor pressure issues
n
- Operating tyre presses, tofacilitatethe removal, and re-fitting ofall tyre typesin accordance withmanufacturer andsafety protocols
n
- Operating tyre handlers and heavy toolingin accordance withsite safety protocols
n
- To carry out puncture repairs as and whenrequired
n
- Completingaccuratereports and defect logs
n
- Supporting general workshop tasks and mobile plant maintenance teams as needed
n
- Conductingsite-basedtyre inspections and completing service reports
n
- Ensuring all work is carried out safely,



following company procedures and site requirements
n
- Providing professional customer service while working independently on customer sites
n
- Maintaining tools,equipmentand the service truck to a high standard
n
- To ensure compliance with all health and safety policies, withreferenceto manual handling
n
- Minimum2+ years proven experience as a tyre fitter in industrial, port,miningor heavy earthmoving environments
n
- Trained tooperatehydraulic tyre press desirable
n
- Relevant certifications or licences applicable to tyre fitting or mobile plant operations
n
- Hold a validdriver'slicence and at least an MR truck licence
n
- Hold a valid forklift licence
n
- A commitment to working safely, with strong situational awareness
n
- The ability to work independently, manage time well and deliverhigh qualityservice
n
- A positive attitude, reliability, and a willingness to learn and develop
n
