We're partnering with a well-established Sydney-based MSP that is looking for a proactive Level 2/3 Systems Engineer to join their technical team. This is an opportunity to work across a diverse client base, supporting and delivering modern infrastructure solutions while expanding your technical expertise in Microsoft technologies and networking.

About the Role

n

As a Level 2/3 Systems Engineer, you'll be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting complex infrastructure issues, and assisting with project delivery across a range of client environments. You'll work with the latest Microsoft technologies while collaborating with an experienced team that values knowledge sharing and professional development.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Administer and support Microsoft 365 environments.
n
- Deploy and manage devices using Microsoft Intune.
n
- Configure, maintain and troubleshoot networking infrastructure.
n
- Manage and support on-premises Active Directory environments.
n
- Assist with Microsoft Azure administration and cloud-based solutions.
n
- Support infrastructure upgrades,



migrations and implementation projects.
n
- Document technical processes and maintain high service standards.
n

n

About You

n

To be successful in this role, you'll have:

n

n
- 3-6 years' experience in a Systems Engineer or Infrastructure Support role.
n
- Previous experience working within a Managed Services Provider (MSP) environment.
n
- Strong experience supporting Microsoft 365.
n
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune.
n
- Solid networking knowledge, including configuration and troubleshooting.
n
- Exposure to Microsoft Azure.
n
- Excellent troubleshooting and customer service skills.
n
- Robust communication skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
n
