Job Description

The Cardiac Centre is a busy cardiology practice based on the Gold Coast and Northern NSW. We perform cardiac diagnostic testing, and specialist cardiologist consulting from our four sites – Hope Island, Pindara Private hospital, John Flynn Private hospital and Ballina, NSW.

We require a cardiac sonographer for our Ballina location.

The role involves

n

n
- Resting echocardiography, including producing a preliminary report
n
- Stress echocardiography
n
- ECG, holter monitoring, and other cardiac tests as required.
n

Cardiac sonography qualifications and registration with ASAR are essential. An excellent grasp of electrocardiography and cardiac physiology is also significant.

Our clinic hours are 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. No weekend or on-call work.

n

The ability to work in a team is crucial, as the position requires collaboration with doctors, health professionals, administrative staff and most importantly, our patients.
