The Role

n

We are seeking an Registered Nurse to take on the role of SIL Supervisor, support worker education.

n

You'll play a pivotal leadership role in ensuring the highest standards of care and compliance are delivered across our services.

n

Key Responsibilities:

n

n
- Supervise and support SIL coordinators across multiple homes
n
- Onboarding new clients, Conduct clinical assessments and develop clients' care plans in collaboration with allied health professionals
n
- Provide staff training and competency checks for support workers
n
- Facilitating medication management and incident reviews
n




- Work with roster team and support team ensure protected and quality services provided to the Clients
n
- Ensure compliance with NDIS Practice Standards and company policies
n

About You

n

n
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
n
- Strong knowledge of NDIS and SIL frameworks
n
- Passionate about person-centred care and staff development
n
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
n
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team
n
