At MECCA, our Brands & Buying team is committed to ensuring the right products are in the right place at the right time.We'relooking for an analytical and solutions-focused Inventory & Reporting Analyst to help optimise inventory performance across our network through data-driven insights,reportingand continuous improvement.

This role is instrumental in shaping inventory strategy by developing inventory policies, enhancing reporting and analytics, and partnering across Supply Chain, Data &Analyticsand; IT to drive smarter planning and better business decisions.

n

The Role You Could Play:

n

Reporting to theMerchandiseGovernanceManager, you will play a key role in improving inventory performance by:

n

Developing,reviewingand optimising inventory policies and safety stock models to maximise product availability while balancing inventory investment.

n

Building and enhancing Tableau dashboards, Excel tools and reporting thatprovideactionable insights across inventory, forecasting,salesand stock performance.

n

Partnering with Supply Chain, Planning, IT and Data & Analytics teams to improve systems, reporting capabilities and inventory processes.

n

Leading inventory analysis, including stock projections,obsolescencemanagementand capacity planning to support commercial decision-making.

n

Driving continuous improvement byidentifyingopportunities to streamline processes, resolve system issues and build capability through documentation and knowledge sharing.

What You Will Bring:

n

You are a highly analytical and collaborative professional who enjoys solving complex problems through data and continuous improvement. Ideally, you will bring:

n

Experience in inventory analytics,



supply chain,planningor a similar analytical role within retail, FMCG or a related industry.

n

Advanced Excel skills and strong experience using Tableau, with SQL capability highly regarded.

n

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large data sets and communicate clear, commercially relevant insights.

n

Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience collaborating across cross-functional teams including IT, Supply Chain and Data & Analytics.

n

A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with a passion for process improvement and delivering practical business solutions.
