Senior Product Manager (EL2 Equivalent) - Baseline - Canberra/Australia any where with hybrid

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to support a major Federal Government transformation program.

n

In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams to deliver new initiatives and enhance end-to-end business value streams. You will lead product discovery, prioritise initiatives, shape product roadmaps and ensure solutions deliver measurable business and user outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Partner with business stakeholders to define product direction and priorities.
n
- Lead product discovery, analysis and solution refinement.
n
- Develop and manage product roadmaps and prioritised backlogs.
n
- Identify opportunities to improve business processes, services and digital capabilities.
n
- Balance user needs, business priorities and delivery constraints.
n
- Collaborate with Product Owners and multidisciplinary delivery teams.
n
- Manage product risks, dependencies and stakeholder expectations.
n
- Communicate product progress and outcomes to senior stakeholders.
n

n

Essential Experience

n

n
- Proven experience as a Product Manager within complex enterprise or government environments.
n
- Experience leading product discovery,



roadmap planning and backlog prioritisation.
n
- Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
n
- Experience working with Agile multidisciplinary teams.
n
- Ability to balance user needs, business value and technical feasibility.
n
- Robust strategic thinking and problem-solving capability.
n

Highly Desirable

n

n
- Federal Government experience.
n
- Experience working across digital transformation or enterprise platforms.
n
- Understanding of value stream management and business process improvement.
n
- Baseline Security Clearance or ability to obtain.
n
